Shipping policy

Order processing: We deliver within New Zealand. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order is on its way, you will receive a confirmation email.

Shipping rates: Fragrances are Dangerous Goods, therefore courier companies charge much higher general rates. Please contact us for the Waiheke, Great Barrier Island, Stuart Islands and Chatham Islands rates before ordering.

Large Orders:
Large or bulk orders may incur additional freight charges due to Dangerous Goods handling requirements. If applicable, any extra shipping costs will be advised and invoiced separately prior to dispatch.

Delivery times & responsibility: While we aim to deliver promptly, delays can occur due to circumstances beyond our control. Delivery times are carrier dependent and can vary. Rural and some residential areas may require additional days for delivery. If you do not receive your order within 7 days of placing it, please contact us at scentoranz@outlook.com and we will follow up with the courier.

Note: Scentora will not be liable for items lost or misplaced during transit. Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the order has been dispatched.
